thank you - you get it. Passenger life is most important. Captain made the right decision to save his life. The issue was what you described. Dealing with a completely full light just offloaded to the terminal together with people trying to connect but missing flights to due security staffing issues and then to fend for yourself and get no help is what the real issue is.

Nobody is arguing the medical diversion. What people are mad about - as usual - and rightfully so, is AA's complete lack of ability to manage the event and their dumping of everyone in LHR without clearly communicating a plan and next steps.
