I was on the flight it was a mess. Not the fact we had to divert but the way we were handled and communicated to upon arrival. The chaos at T3 on top of confusion on where to go - should you clear immigration, what if you need a visa, how long will we be staying, can we get rebooked, can we get our bags. The lack of comms plus mere lack of care and understanding of the 3-4 people sending folks on buses to hotels once it was clear that’s what we had to do is appalling. Had I not called EP and begged for an option to get me to Delhi I’d be still in London
