We started off blaming the small pool of fraudsters and then changed it to AC messing up the status match promo.
There's lots of blame to go around, but I remain the most frustrated with statusmatch.com for falsely advertising (to airlines) a service that guarantees no fraud. I believe that's the root of why this match was so much worse than a typical airline match. Details are far back in this thread.
We're just seeing the fallout now.
