I my case, both the website and the App did not work to manage booking (webpage had problems with both the reservation number and the ticket number and App had problems with the ticket number) and I had to call 1-800-874-8875 to get in touch with the agent to get the business class seats assigned. Waiting time to talk to the agent was under 5 minutes.
If there are two or more passengers on the PNR you need to enter the ticket number and surname for each of them by using the "Add Passenger" button.
