Going a little off topic, but the contrast of these loud PA speakers mounted on cars being OK in public (though many hate it) and silence in elevators and trains/buses always makes me wonder how it ended being like that.
The funniest part of this video is the gentle "good morning" with loud intimidating music in the background. Not sure if that's addressed to the follow right-wing activists or general citizens in the area.
