Good suggestion on showing the copy on the phone. Will do so.

Unfortunately, if you are traveling with multiple family members, you have to repeat the information for each one. Too much duplication. Did not quite understand the need for filling the same information for each passenger.
After you check in, no one is going to look at the Air Suvidha form. So you are wasting your time in editing it past check in.
The intention of the form is good but the execution is hapless. Filling it out again for each passenger is highly inefficient. But that is what bureaucracy does...
