Yes. The Air Suvidha form is only for people entering India. Only checked by the airlines for compliance and none thereafter. Put in a random seat number and you will be fine. What others are indicating is not bother printing it as it is an utter waste of paper. Just download the PDF onto your phone or your tablet or your laptop and show it when asked by the airline staff. They just glance at the V at the top right corner and your name on the form.

Thanks. I did fill the self declaration form as it is required by Lufthansa (Document Check). I confirmed that I can edit the form as well. So after my check-in, I will update the form with my seat numbers.
Good suggestion on showing the copy on the phone. Will do so.
Unfortunately, if you are traveling with multiple family members, you have to repeat the information for each one. Too much duplication. Did not quite understand the need for filling the same information for each passenger.
