Many threads on BA seating---->BA Seat Selection Issues for AA Flyers - charges, seating, award, etc.

With OWS (AA Plat) you do not need to pay for seal selection at time of booking.
Flying BA seat section has a cost, even in Business class, unless you have mid/top status or wait until closer to departure.
