Sure. The hotel's own Covid Page says that food is available from 6am-1pm No mention of "third party." You obviously were expecting food as a welcome amenity based on the hotel's published information. Not your fault that they can't hire anyone to staff the place or put correct information on their website. Claim $50 Elite Welcome Gift Compensation before checkout. Bet they fix the website the next day.

Oh yeah, they also "live by the golden rule." Right there on their website.
