Yes. The Air Suvidha form is only for people entering India. Only checked by the airlines for compliance and none thereafter. Put in a random seat number and you will be fine. What others are indicating is not bother printing it as it is an utter waste of paper. Just download the PDF onto your phone or your tablet or your laptop and show it when asked by the airline staff. They just glance at the V at the top right corner and your name on the form.

When you say, show on your phone - is that via their app? I have not tried the app yet as I was told that it requires a phone number in India for OTP, which I do not have. That means, I will have to use the web version.
I was reading many experiences on Twitter from passengers who had problems with gate agents. Have been instances where passengers were denied boarding as well. So just want to be ready with everything that one would ask. :-)
