With the CL, there is that 3-hour pre departure rule in place, but if it stays open until 9:30, do the BA lounge then CL versus going to B/C as noted by JJeffrey.
having done those recently, and doing them again in 2 weeks agree that BA>CL>AC, especially if you get to the BA lounge at opening time. Reminder you can sneak around the back once you get directed to the BA J (right) side and harvest the slight better offerings on the F side. Staffing is pretty light so nobody was checking.
