I am using the latest version 10.28.0 of the Marriott Bonvoy app. All going well, until I mistakenly hit the "sign out" button. Now, I cannot sign in again.

At the sign in screen, I am prompted to enter my member number or email address, and then the password. After hitting "Sign In", the app does not sign in. It just goes back to the Sign in screen again. The app is endlessly looping like this, and I cannot successfully sign in.

I am sure that my username/email and password have been entered correctly.

I have removed and uninstalled the app, then downloaded it again from the App Store. Still with this same issue.

Anyone have this same experience and can give some advice?
