It looks like similar "games" have worked this time for the Yukon Territory. But if not, I agree that getting on the phone with UA web support (during normal working hours), and staying with them until resolved, is the best approach.
I feel your pain on that one. I have companies that do business in all five US Territories and go there often (pre-COVID at least), and getting vendors to understand mail and travel there is vexing to say the least.

People get so focused on the 50 states even DC gets left out sometimes, let alone AS, GU, MP, VI, and PR plus APO/FPO/DPO under AA, AE, and AP and the CFA countries Palau PW, Marshall Islands MH, and Micronesia FM. The struggle is real LOL
