I'm not sure what you mean by AA has no flights on their award chart because you moved to MIA. AA's award chart doesn't distinguish between starting cities in the lower 48.

I don't believe that you can transfer chase points directly to AA; BA might be a possibility. You may want to look at the Chase forum here on FT, here is one thread that might be helpful.
