As far as I'm aware, this is NOT correct unless you also meet one of a number of conditions, such as being an German resident. US citizens, travelling from the US, will in most cases need to be fully vaccinated. Even if you are allowed in, in many cases not being vaccinated will require mandatory quarantining on arrival.
