I know it's a simple issue related to retrieval from the db because it's literally printing the error message as the variable string stating the variable is undefined. There's only a few scenarios where this would happen and these just have to be mapped out and then searched for in the relevant code.

but just from how it manifests, if I had to bet, my money would be on somewhere in the frontend/JS code, not the db retrieval layer.
