Just completed a weekend stay as a Diamond. I checked in via the app and was able to select an amazing 12th floor room at the end of the hall nearest the beach. For reference you'll want the highest number room if wanting to be closest to beach. If you want a room on the sunrise side then select an odd number room. If you want a sunset view then pick an even number room.

Service was improved quite a bit from my stay in May '21. Staff was readily available in all areas and actually seemed intersted in assisting.

As mentioned, the breakfast is woefully overpriced now. There is no option to order off the menu; buffet only and the price with tax + mandatory 18% service charge is $43.38 per person. What a downgrade in benefits here to go from a free breakfast for two to a bill of $56.76 after the daily credit. I skipped breakfast one day and was able to use the $15 credit at the coffee stand next to the pool.

Great choice for my annual AmEx Aspire free night but no chance would I pay the typical $400+/night rate.
