Hi all, very new to the TP world and also bad at navigating FT so apologies in advance. I have my first TP run later this Aug (SOF-LHR-JFK-SFO, SAN-PHX-JFK-LHR-SOF), but BA have just cancelled the SOF-LHR on Aug 1st. They have put me on a new flight which leaves 2pm on the 2nd, but my LHR-JFK is supposed to happen at 9am on the 2nd. Have tried to contact BA but can't get through to the right department, they say they can't take my call and cut the line. Also no way online to change my flight so I'm pretty stuck.
I don't know what the rules are regarding changing from SOF to somewhere else, as I need to be on the JFK flight on the 2nd...Is this possible? Will it cost me to change?
Any advice would be gratefully received, apologies if this has been brought up before, I just can't seem to find anything.
