May I ask your help to let me know, besides calling Air Canada's customer service, is there a way to contact Air Canada for special assistant?
My dad is in emergency, I need to go back to my home country as soon as I can, but according to the 40% onboard limitation for flight to China, passengers will be randomly removed.
I wanted to contact Air Canada for a humanitarian and compassionate consideration, ask their help to make sure I can get onboard and won't be removed.
I have tried to:
- call Air Canada Asia Desk, they said they cannot help, advised me submit form from aircanada.ca;
- send email by submitting form and support documents on aircanada.ca, they replied email and said they only proceed post-travel case;
- contact Air Canada via Facebook 4 days ago, until now there is no reply;
Please advise if there is any other way I could get help from Air Canada other than calling 8882472264
