Before the merger CO had real croissants - buttery and flaky just like they should be. What is served now is a very mediocre roll in the shape of a croissant. Definitely not “chef-inspired” that’s for sure. Close your eyes and eat it and 100/100 people would NOT identify it as a croissant.
