upon checkin at reception i asked about the complimentary breakfast being offered to Diamond elite members
the Kimpton de Witt Amsterdam does offer this but only from 1 June 2022 conform IHG1rewards implementation.

Anyway I have no sympathy ..... you have way too many celebration days there in the Netherlands. I remember only too well trying to raise the local productivity levels in a data center full of bleary eyed Dutch IT types for a week after Queens / Kings day. Was fun to attend those though. We have no real equivalent here.
