I forgot what the old one was like. Yes, the new one is just a fancy staffed high-density seating area with some food and drink. It is still nice to get some work done with a laptop on the table, but otherwise, I find deserted areas in the terminal a more comfortable place to kill time especially when the lounge is busy. It is still better than the overcrowded centurion lounges in some U.S. airports (except for the food offering) though.
