“Hawaiian Style Crispy Tofu” with black sesame rice and cauliflower. I’m not sure at all what the appetizer is but it was good. Food tasted better than it looked!
Other option was Chicken Katsu.
I don’t know why we are so blessed ex HNL but we are. When Polaris Business is being served crap packaged cookie or a kit kat, I feel grateful for the guava cake.
Exemplary service by Honolulu based purser and crew (he’s the best), PDB sparking wine, full glassware used the rest of the flight.
