kb1992 is semi-retired or worked for himself, and will be in China for the long haul just like the last time he was there. IIRC, he is originally from China and has local ties and family there.
Like others, I have left and not looking back, and hope won't have to go back until Covid restriction is over in China. Having done four quarantines in China and each time getting worse and longer, I am not getting paid enough to go back.
