Wyoming has to be an insanely difficult market to make profitable. There are less than 600,000 people in the entire state. Yes, they do have tourism but even that is concentrated on the Jackson area and otherwise spread through a pretty large state. Cody has less than 10,000 people in the city and only has about 30,000. It does get some of the Yellowstone traffic.
