OK, but still it doesn't change the fact that there is no PLF requirement for Turkey.
When the form was required, filling it out took 2 minutes for me. If the check-in agent asks it ( very low probability ) just fill it out at the check-in desk on your phone and show the confirmation to the agent. There is no need to panic.
