Hello! I am a 100K Elite on Frontier and I made a booking a month ago, with the status I supposedly have the The Works Bundle included, which includes refundability. Yesterday I cancelled that booking and got no refund, now they tell me that I don't have the Works Bundle on my booking and just denying a refund. What I find weird is that I have no option whether to add or not the The Works bundle, it is automatically added whenever I make a reservation, but they say I don't have it. My Frontier Miles number is on the reservation and I made it while being logged in my account. And the benefit is still listed on the website, so I believe it hasn't been removed. Has this happened to anyone else? What are my options? Thank you!
wait, if or as ur status still shows 100K, why could the agent state such? did u call again for another answer or correction?
