New protocol announced by MOH today (effective 1 May 2022):
- Dropping all pre-departure and on arrival tests for fully vaccinated individuals (13 years old and above; 12 years and below are exempted regardless of status)
- Insurance no longer required for non-Malaysia residents/citizens
- Masks are optional outdoors
- No longer required to check-in using MySejahtera (you still need the app to fill out the Travelers Card)

Nightclubs to reopen on 15 May 2022.
