Excalibur and Luxor are constantly and consistently at $30-$40 as long as it is not Friday night or Saturday night, sure if there is a big event like NHL draft it may have an exception. And if you want better rooms, NYNY and MGM grand are priced at $50-60 sunday-wednesday as well.

If you see $150+ every single day you are definitely looking at Bellagio but no others.
