im just curious how it works. That is to say, if my connection was 4 hours in stead of 16 would it still apply (I have option of later flight but would still be on separate tickets) - would there even be time?
I just found the wording to be a little ambiguous - making it clear it needed to be within 24 hours but couldn’t find mention of it being needed to leave the country.
For departing Malaysia - it will depend on where you go next - ie your destination country and any intermediate transit points - whether they require proof of negative test or not.
