I did not receive a credit for the second leg of a one way ticket. The first leg posted properly, earning me the 75,000 mile maximum for one ticket. The second leg posted as well, showing 0 reward miles, as expected. However I did not receive a segment credit for that leg. Does that sound legit or should I complain?
Just an update:
I finally received a response from an executive liaison saying this was an error and that I have been credited with one additional segment. Regardless, it doesn’t look like I will be able to hit 30 segments with Oneworld this year, so I’m taking my $60-100K worth of business elsewhere.
