Though I don't know where you're passport is from, with my US passport, the total cost was 50$ for the e-visa (and maybe around two bucks for a service fee). Certainly no fee for the pandemic entry form.
In short,
https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/ for visas, and
https://register.health.gov.tr/ for the entry form.
When the border control agent asked about the visa, I simply showed him the screenshot.
The
https://register.health.gov.tr/ link is not working. I already got my e-visa (for $50 only) but cannot find the link for JUST the passenger locator form. I was on one site that looked official, but that combined the e-visa with the PLF. since I already have my e-visa, I don't want to mess that up by getting some PLF-visa combination.
Can anyone advise me how to just get the PLF? We are not leaving until June 1 but I can't even find the link to save for when the time comes.
