For now yes but as discussed it looks likely to be dropped soon. I've also recently returned from Langkawi and a taxi driver told me business wasn't even back to 10% of pre pandemic levels. The beach was deserted and shops closed, although it is Ramadhan which does have an impact.

Minor point, the KLIA arrival rtk antigen costs RM120 iirc but you can get a local clinic to do it for around RM50.
