Just back in the Uk after 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur and a week in langkawi.

it took ages to get mysejehtera app registered and accepting our vaccination certs, but eventually it worked. Upon arrival in KLIA it’s quick and easy to do the arrival covid test. We had our results in 25 minutes.

in KL, masks are required everywhere. Also security guards are on the door everywhere, demanding you to check in using the mysejehetera app. It’s not really a problem, but interesting to compare to langkawi, where we were only asked to check in once. Much more relaxed there.

also in KL, any kind of buffet (breakfast or dinner) you had to wear a disposable glove whilst serving. No such requirement anywhere in langkawi…
