As a result of a flight cancellation and reschedule by KLM, his reservation seems to have lost the benefits. Is it worth another call to FB and reattach the benefits ?
Kind of annoying cuz my mother had paid extra to sit together upfront with him, and now he'd have to pay to sit together again.
You simply need to call Flying Blue and ask them to reassociate the reservation with your Flying Blue account number, then the privileges will appear back. I've done that for a friend in January and it worked out well.
