IMO the spa at Hotel Ivy seems fancy, although if you want major health club type facilities, the downtown Hyatt Regency has a health club with racketball courts, etc. as well as an indoor pool.
A $100 credit would be more useful if it could be used for F&B.
Monello tends to be a power breakfast spot. PreCOVID-19, the hotel had baskets of mini-scones and complimentary coffee by the lobby level elevators, then moved toward doing a continental offering (coffee drinks and good pastries) in the lobby bar. The Monello menu shows most breakfast main courses in the $12-15 range (plus $3-6 sides). It's all a la carte ordering from a menu (I've never seen a buffet here) but they do add a 5% fee for employee health which is not at all standard in the Twin Cities area.
