I'd booked an award ticket for my father via my FB miles account, and originally my Gold benefits transferred onto his award ticket. As a result of a flight cancellation and reschedule by KLM, his reservation seems to have lost the benefits. Is it worth another call to FB and reattach the benefits ?

Kind of annoying cuz my mother had paid extra to sit together upfront with him, and now he'd have to pay to sit together again.
