I came across a different source - https://reizentijdenscorona.rijksove...ming=brazilie:
Test result no longer needed
Since March 23 you no longer need to show proof of test when you travel (back) to the Netherlands.
----
And also: Travelling to the Netherlands: negative COVID-19 test result no longer required
From 23 March 2022 people travelling to the Netherlands from outside the EU/Schengen area no longer need to show a negative test result.

That's very interesting... The Netherlands no longer require a PCR Test for entry to their country?? Really, can anyone please confirm this?

P.S.
If you are travelling by air, you do not need a health declaration form if your plane lands after 00.01 on 20 April 2022.
