I have a ton of points stays over the last few months and the Grand Hyatt recognition of status has been the poorest.
I'd be curious to know how many of those with Globalist status and poorer rooms were first-time guests. It seems like the GH has a lot of returning guests, and they seem to treat those (with Globalist status) very well.
