The hotel quoted the following options:
Transfer option 1:

We eneded up using option #2; which was more expensive than had we shopped it, but working directly with the hotel was easy.
Worth noting that "any point in Dubai" may not be accurate in their quotes (although perhaps my geography of what is considered "Dubai" is wrong?).
We had received the same quotes as above in March 2022 from the concierge, and asked to book a transfer leaving Al Maha → drop off near Expo 2020. Instead of 340AED for option 4, our lexus transfer billed at 465AED with a note that the destination was "near Jabel Ali City".
I would've preferred self-booking had I known earlier that it'd cost much more than quoted.
