You aren't going to get any credit for these benefits for stays that happenesd before the new scheme starts.
T&Cs state 1 Jan 22 for milestone rewards:

Beginning 01 January 2022, Members may earn Milestone Rewards on Elite Qualifying Nights within the calendar year.
