Clubhouse denies me entry yesterday. I had used VS points to book a business class flight LHR-AMS which obviously was a KLM flight. Reservations told me I had access as I was FLying club gold. I was not.
ridiculous that I worked hard for status to get clubhouse access and booked my ticket on VS and it shows under trips but they wouldn’t let me in.
Which one of these do you qualify under?
