I love a GREAT sugar cookie. Carol's does a great job with hers and and Fox & Obel used to have a great one. To me, great = soft interior and enough sugar on the top that it had a little crunch. Crunbls didn't have the crunch but it was great nonetheless.
Fox and Obel used to have a lot of great things (red velvet cupcakes come to mind) and I never got sick once! 😉
