You don't need to fill in a digital Covid registration (currently no-one does as this only applies to travel from high-risk/virus variant areas and no countries are designated as such). If you're fully vaccinated with an EU-approved vaccine there is no need to show proof of recovery or a test result. Obviously if you are still showing symptoms of infection you shouldn't travel and might not be allowed to board.
As you're not entering Germany you shouldn't need to show proof of vaccination to anyone there but personally I'd carry it just in case.

I just transited FRA a few days ago. Besides the airline asking me for my proof of vaccination at check-in, no one else on ground (either airline or immigration) at FRA asked for it. My final destination did not require a negative test so I didn't have one, nor was I ever asked.
