Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?- BOGO voucher used last weekend.
- Booked a Mayfair Grand Room and was upgraded to a Mayfair Studio Suite.
How are the rooms?- The Mayfair rooms and suites are nicely refurbished rooms. The Mayfair Studio suite is a real two room suite, with a desk, a sofa and an armchair in the first one.
- The bedroom is a bit small to my standards, but very comfortable. The bathroom, a bit small as well, is otherwise perfect, with a nice "italian" shower, no slippery tiles and Japanese toilets
- Traditional Nespresso coffee machine, but empty mini-bar.
How is the exec. lounge?

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Absolutely.
What was good and what was bad?
The service was excellent from end to end when dealing with my requests before and during the stay. All the employees I interacted with have been really kind, professional and efficient.
