Yes. If I remember correctly, when you upload your Pre-Departure test result in the MySejahtera app it also asks you to upload a copy of your travel insurance. Make sure this documents specifically mentions COVID coverage and at least $20,000 USD. My document didn't and wasn't verified online. I couldn't find a way to update it though.

During check-in, the United check-in staff at SFO asked to see it.
