I saw some people in this thread having trouble getting refunds from new itineraries that utilized their +10% EMD voucher.

Seems like one person was having trouble getting their refund at all, while another poster only got the incremental cash they spent on the new itinerary and not the value of their EMD.

I'm a little worried because of this snippet from the QR website:

"Can I refund the ticket that I used the voucher for?

Yes. Note that your refund may or may not include the value of the voucher used.
  • If your voucher conditions allow for a refund, you will be issued a refund, in addition to another voucher with the same voucher value once your refund request is processed.
  • If your voucher conditions do not allow for a refund, the voucher value will be forfeited once your refund request is processed."



The EMD voucher that I used says "Form of payment: NONREF", though admittedly I'm not sure what that means.

Any other data points for this situation?
