No.
I will take JL flights LAX-NRT-BKK this weekend, so I called JL customer service in Japan, and the Japanese agent told me that JL wouldn't ask me to show a PCR test negative even Thailand doesn't require it anymore. JL just wants to confirm I have all requirements met to enter Thailand (final destination).
