JK, this is likely a positive development, despite my inexperience in the all-inclusive space.
The part that I don’t find positive about all of this is the lack of notice for the changes to the existing All Inclusive properties. At least one (Ziva Puerto Vallarta) effectively increased in category with zero notice. Not a good sign.
