PQP for flights booked on 016 stock is based upon dollar amount (before taxes and fees) spent, while PQP on non-016 stocks is based upon a complicated formula with BIS miles, fare class and preferred/non preferred partners factor. The initial poster may be correct with the PQP calculation, but I have not double checked it.
